Estate and Long-Term Care Planning provides education to professionals in regard to promoting their personal education and furthering the services to their respective communities. Estate and Long-Term Care Planning (ELTCP) is licensed by the NASBA, IRS and PA CLE to provide credits to individuals that qualify under each license.

At Estate and Long Term Care Planning, Inc., we strive to provide continuing education to professionals across the financial, legal and consulting fields at the highest level. Each license allows us to provide the accredited attendees to receive CE or CLE credits for attending, participating, and successfully completing our seminars.

Based on what type of seminar is offered, we can provide the following credits through the providers below:

For any tax preparers, accountants, CPAs and enrolled agents (persons eligible to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service) in any state within the United States.

How to get credits - You must attend the entirety of our webinar, participate during any activity segment and complete the required evaluation forms based on the credit you are requesting. You must also provide your name, PTIN and or any application account number with the above accredited agency for filing purposes.

If anyone is unsatisfied with their seminar experience, they can contact us directly at info@planningandprotecting.com for a full refund. We do require that any individual requesting a refund have full attended, participated and completed all required evaluations before a refund is approved.

Julieanne is the founding shareholder of Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak, an elder care and special needs law firm established in 2002 and President of Estate and Long Term Care Planning, Inc. Julieanne is a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) through the National Elder Law Foundation. She has a “Superb” AVVO Rating for attorneys and was a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2013. Julieanne is also a recipient of a 2015 Pennsylvania Bar Association Special Achievement Award, which was given to her for her dedication and commitment to the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Quality of Life & Balance Committee, of which she has co-chaired the past three years. A significant portion of her elder law practice is focused on estate and long-term care planning. As an attorney, her goal is to provide a bridge between legal services and the aging network.
Julieanne has extensive lecturing experience as a speaker for The Pennsylvania State University Tax Institutes and Tax Week, PICPA-Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, National Association of Tax Practitioners – PA Chapter, Pennsylvania Society of Public Accountants, Pennsylvania Bar Institute, Elder Law Institute, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Back to Basics, Tax Pro Seminars, and the University of Illinois. In addition, she has conducted numerous local, state, and national seminars for various organizations. Most recently, on April 22, 2016, Julieanne presented, “The Intersection of the Legal and Medical World,” at the Kasem Cares Conference on Aging in Orange County, CA.
Through Estate & Long Term Care Planning, Inc., Julieanne provides continuing education for the public and professionals in Pennsylvania and coaching for attorneys throughout the nation. She has written materials published by the University of Illinois on estates, trusts, and taxation. She also has published materials in various newsletters and newspapers. Julieanne co-authored two books about trusts, Pennsylvania Trust Guide (Edition I and II) and the Pennsylvania Special Needs Planning Guide, both published by George T. Bisel Company, Inc. Most recently, Julieanne joined nine other leading elder law attorneys from across the nation to co-author Protect Your Family! Don’t Write a Blank Check to the Nursing Home, a collaborative writing, broken down in layman’s terms, offering readers the essential tools and knowledge for effective long-term care planning. She is also a co-author of Protect your Family! What You Really Need to Know for the Second Half of Life.
Julie Steinbacher knows about working long, hard hours and still needing more time. Growing up in a farming community in North Central Pennsylvania, she was taught that working harder was all that was needed. Fresh out of college, she worked over 70 hours a week juggling two jobs. While going to law school in the evenings, she worked full-time and met the demands of being a wife and mother. When she started her elder and special needs planning law firm, she continued using this work approach with mild success and little overall satisfaction because she could not find the time to get everything done. As she learned to manage her time, energy, and presence (the principles of chunking), she quickly grossed over a 7-figure income while working less hours. She then decided to take what she learned in her own business and share it with other attorneys. She is the President of EDLF Publishing, Inc., which provides the Million Dollar Solution, a marketing system for law firms. Also, she conducts a mastermind group for attorneys who want to focus their businesses on estate and long-term care planning.
